How the BeanFlow service may be used in its pre-release form.

A working document for the time the product is being built: counsel has not been through it yet. The operator's registration details come from the installation's configuration — square brackets in the text mean this installation has not filled them in.
The service
BeanFlow is software provided as a service. A roastery accepted into the pilot programme gets the full set of features.
Taking part in the pilot
A roastery accepted into the pilot programme uses the service indefinitely and free of charge, after the programme ends as well. We do not ask for a payment method and we do not charge one.
Your data
The data you enter remains yours. You can export it at any time, and after the agreement ends we delete it within the period agreed in the data processing agreement.
Availability
The pre-release version is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability. Service levels are agreed individually in commercial contracts.

Two documents that form part of this agreement. Until counsel has been through them we send them on request — write to us and we will return the current version.
Data processing agreement (DPA)
Who is the controller and who the processor, what you entrust to us, for how long and by what means we protect it (RODO art. 28).
Ask for the documentList of sub-processors
Everybody who may see your data: hosting, file storage, mail server, push notification services. We announce a change 14 days in advance.
